Morella the Original

Morella is a story pro Edgar Allan Poe. An unnamed man marries a woman called Morella, she is very schooled and reads a lot about obscure philosophy.
They then have a baby girl, but Morella dies on the labor. As the child grow, she still has no name, being called only "daughter" and such things.

The man starts to see a lot of alike things between his daughter and his deceased wife as she grows. The smile, mannerisms and appearance.
That's when he decides to baptize her.
As they are inside the church, the father asks how she will be named, and a name suddenly comes into his mind, out from nowhere: Morella. As he say this word, the daughter's face becomes black, her lips blue, she looks above to the sky and screams
"- HERE I AM".
And dies.
When the man goes to the cemetery to bury his daughter, besides her mother tomb, he founds that it was broken in half, and empty.
It's a strongly visual passage, I loved it from beginning, and it's a cool story because it's one of tree that tells a story about a woman that came back to life - Ligeia and Eleonora, like a series, and I believe they are all the same woman.
